@emalash I'm currently not close to these pants, so I can check later when I am, however, I'm pretty sure they're polyester. They are a light, flowwy material, which is great for warmer months! :)

@hoarder2112 sorry for just now getting back to you! I just posted a picture of the thigh measurement at the widest part (about 13 inches). I wouldn't say these run small, but I am typically a medium in most things, and these fit me loosely, but comfortably. Hopefully I answered your questions! Let me know if you have any others :)
