Blue & Green Polka Dot Skirt

Lightweight fabric skirt with a polka dot pattern and different shades of green and blue. The front of the waistband is flat and the back of it is elastic. The skirt is lined underneath (pictured). Bought from another user but never worn because i just never found anything to pair it with. The previous owner had never worn it either.
