Blue & Green skirt

Beautiful blue & green patterned skirt by JKLA California. Flowy and has an under skirt. Has a stretchy waist band. The only flaw is some stains on the under skirt (shown in last photo), but you can’t see that at all when worn. Otherwise in amazing condition. Tag says XL but it fits way more like a M/L. Measurements below. I will leave a measurement of the waist laid flat and also stretched because it can fit more than one size.
