In need of a cute, comfy dress for a white party, bridal shower, or bachelorette party? Look no further! This dress by Blue Heaven is super soft. The bust area has a loose/relaxed fit at the top there’s a thin band that helps hold the dress up at the top and the shell layer in the bust fits to form.
