Blue Hebeos Size Small 4/6 dress long Sequins Jewels

This is a beautiful dress with a slight train and has sewn in bust pads. The color is a baby blue. Only worn for a few hours. The dress measures 70” long on the back with the train. The front measures about 59.5” and gets longer in the back. These measurements are taken from top of shoulder. The waist measures 28” and the pit to pit is about 17.5” across. Gorgeous rhinestones under the bust and sequins across the bust. The size tag is missing from this Hebeos gown but a size small so check the measurements. Please ask questions.
