Blue Hi-Low

Blue knee-length hi-low. Cinched at the waist and has adjustable straps. At the bottom of the dress, it has a tiered look to it. The pattern is shown in a picture; orange and yellow leaves/flowers with black stems. The tag is cut off because it was itchy, so I don't know the size or brand, but it fits like a small and I believe I got it from Pac Sun.
