Blue Hi-Low Dress

I am obsessed with this dress! Sad I never wore it :( the details make it so beautiful: a ruffled center, four buttons going down the middle (just for decoration), lace shoulders, and high-low bottom. The color is one of my favorites, like a deep turquoise. No edits on any of these pics; I just tried to get sunlight in the first. There's a button in the back, it clinches in the waist, and is looking for a new owner! Size medium. In perfect condition, I only tried it on.
