Royal blue mermaid style prom dress with beautiful high neck and beading. Some beads have been replaced but it’s completely unnoticeable as i cant even tell where they were missing. It’s been altered to a height of 5’3” with three inch heels. Neckline has also been shortened slightly due to it being very long. Smoke free home.
