Blue Holiday Dress

Beautiful blue lace holiday dress. Has a zipper on the side and it has some stretch. Sleeve is 24.5” from shoulder to end of 3/4 bell sleeve. I’m 5’ and dress fits right above the knee. Dress is 38” from top to bottom. It runs small, tag says size 15 but I was a 12 when I wore the dress.
