Blue Jaquard cries cross tie back ball gown

I love this dress so much. I wore it twice to two different balls for just a few hours each time. Still in like new condition! It is a shiny blue jacquard style and color. It has cross cross tie back. It is amazingly voluminous in the skirts because of the tulle underneath. It is sized as a 2, but I normally wear regular clothes sized 4-8. I’m 5’9” and it was a perfect length with 1” kitten heeled shoes.
