Blue Jean Dress with black velvet pattern

Soft jean dress, w/Black velvet designs throughout. Heavier material. Has adjustable straps, gathered waist line, and a side zipper. The back of the dress above the waist is gathered and stretchy for a nice fit. Would look very nice with black tights & a velvet black bootie NEVER WORN.
