Blue Jeweled Shift Dress

Royal Blue shift dress with blue jeweled neckline. V-neck back. Two jewels missing from neckline. New with tags, never worn. There are a two replacement jewels with the tags, but only one of the two is the right size. You could probably match it easily at a craft store.
