Blue Lace Polka Dot Tiered Tank Work Blouse

This was worn a few times to work in an office setting. It is navy blue and has a mesh lace type yoke and white polka dots. It is originally from Target, it is the brand Xhilaration and has no tears or stains, etc. It's in great shape, I just don't wear it any more and don't want it to sit in a thrift store!
