Blue & Lace Summer Dress

Light blue and lace, 100% cotton, light weight, knee length, 3/4 sleeve dress. Flowy, can be worn with or without tie around it! Completely buttons down the front! Fits a bit bigger. I wear a medium and it’s slightly large on me.
