Blue Lace Tie-up Lace Racer Back Dress

Used in good condition. I bought this off Poshmark a while back. Unfortunately the straps are too long for me, and I never had a chance to alter it. It needs to go to a better home. The dress has a tie around the waist so the size is flexible. Can fit size small-medium.
