Blue Lace Top Y2K

Vivid blue floral lace with light frilling along the top and on the straps. Ties in a corset style from top to bottom, allowing you to have it as loose or as tight as you want. Front has an inner shield so you can wear without bra, while the back is only lace allowing your skin to peek through.
