Blue Laced Dress

Navy blue, laced dress. The top is styled like a corset (but it’s not) with elastic on the back. The straps aren’t adjustable and there’s a blue linen lining inside the skirt. Small loose threads at the top but it doesn’t affect the way that it’s worn.
