Blue Lacey Dress

This is a cute long sleeved dress covered with lace. The sleeves are half sleeves and the shoulders to arms are see-through. The dress wraps around your body well and has a heart shaped front part. It's a bit on the longer side (I'm 5'4" and it covers half of my knees.)
