Blue Lightweight Tunic w Aqua Anchor Pattern

This EUC top is perfect for leggings with the front being slightly shorter than the back, & has brass/gold buttons & zipper pockets. The tag had been cut out prior to my receiving it, but I’m confident that it is a medium. No snags, scuffs or stains. Great top, I just never have worn it.
