Blue Linen Tunic

Anne Carson Women - 3 button Tunic * Light Blue with scalloped design Measurements from pit to pit is 27 inches It looks like it’s a light blue Tunic, but looking at it closer It seems more like a white or off-white with light blue design everywhere and a scallop design around of the light blue. Fabric says it’s linen and rayon, but the feels like a cotton to me. I washed it in cold and I hang to dry. This tunic DOESN’T wrinkle like a regular linen, and not necessary to iron before you wear it.
