Blue Ombré Hoco Dress with Sparkles

My boyfriend called this the “Starry Night” dress, and I think that’s pretty accurate. Starts off navy blue, and fades into a bluebird blue as it progresses downward. Has many sparkles across the dress. Never actually wore this dress, as I found another hoco dress that I wore instead.
