Blue Open Shoulder Shift Dress

- Shift Dress/ knee length ( I'm 5' 5.5") - Open Shoulder with small dangling sleeves - Deep royal blue color - Pink and white embroidery detailing along the top and top of the back - Back has two black buttons that close with loops around the buttons - Dress has an attached slip underneath - Material of the dress is purposely crinkly (not sure what the name of it is) but it is made with Rayon - Size: Small - Only worn once, excellent condition *Comes from a smoke and pet free home
