This dress is so comfortable and cute. It’s a blue and white paisley pattern on soft fabric. Elastic waistband for comfortable sizing. Tag says XS but I believe the dress would fit up to a large. The waist stretches and hangs loosely on me, and I am typically a S/M. Wide tank straps, above the knee length hem. Only worn once or twice.
