Blue Paisley Summer Dress

Dress is a beautiful blue and white paisley dress perfect fo a summer date. The dress is strapless but has the strap holes to be strapless, or have straps inserted (straps not included). The sweetheart neckline also includes a rubber-like lining to keep the dress up and in place!
