Blue Paquito Italy dress S

Turquoise/teal ombre dress with front faux wrap, elastic waist, and lightweight hem. There is no size tag, but it fits like a small or size 4. The loops on the shoulder straps can be worn near the shoulder or lower near the bust. The brand is Paquito but I removed the tag because it was itchy. The faded effect on the fabric is intentional. Excellent gently used condition. Length from center back of neck is 34”. From a smoke free and pet free home.
