Blue Party Dress

Details: - Length: 27-29 inches (depending on the fit) - Chest: 32-34 inches (it was a bit hard to measure) - Fit: Top is snug, bottom part is poofy as seen in the photos - Sash comes with the dress but of course, wearing it is optional. - DO. NOT Dry clean or machine wash. Spot clean ONLY. - Condition: Very good. NO stains found, but a few loose beads. - Bought in 2011 off of some website. The brand is either called Nelson U.S.A or PolyUSA and it was shipped from Los Angeles, but their store is not open anymore. **There are a few small beads coming apart, but they’re still strung on. (As shown in the photos)**
