Blue Peacock Print Dress

Flowing mini dress or shirt with legging in a peacock print with blues and a light peach/pink. Bell sleeves trimmed with blue lace sheer from the elbow down. Cut out on the back. Super fun and new with tags from dressbarn. It is a petite per tag and the fabric is a light to medium weight with give.
