Blue Plaid Fleece-Lined Button-Up

Not sure if this is a shacket or a shirt or jacket officially. I purchased it second hand and was so disappointed that it’s too tight on me. Very soft fleece inside body of item. The sleeves are not fleece but a different type of lining. Side pockets and front button pockets. I don’t see any obvious flaws or stains. Colors are dark so would likely cover stains if there. I followed directions and hung the item to dry but since I’m not the original owner, not sure it it was ever put in dryer. Shows normal signs of washing/pilling. Perfect for a chilly day. Measurements in photos. Smoke free, cat 🐈‍⬛ 🐈 friendly home.
