kristikamelot @dadgirl729 LOL Another one of my have to give up :( The waist is 15.5 max. Its not even really stretch thats just all it has since its cotton and banded. Gorgeous skirt. Pictures are awful actually. I need new ones. Transferred them from my other shop and they look icky. Again thanks for looking milady. KristiKamelot
