Blue Polka Dot Button Up Dress

Blue polka dot “button up” dress The buttons are sewn on the front but they dont actually hold the dress together - they’re just for looks 🙃 The size is medium petite so I’m sure it would fit someone a bit shorter in stature than me since Im 5’ 6”
