Blue Polka Dot Dress

Super cute navy blue dress with white polka dots! Really feminine silhouette with the slightly plunging neckline, bow at the waist and fluttery sleeves. Flattering on anyone! Worn once and I’m mint condition. Size medium, with zipper closure. Chiffon material so not tons of stretch. Slightly sheer but I didn’t have any concern with that/was not noticeable when worn.
