Blue Print 80's Long-sleeved Dress with Matching Neck Scarf and Belt

Like new condition. Only one previous owner, my husbands great aunt. Soft, dress shirt material. Button down front with an elastic waistband and matching belt and sash. Tag says size 14, but it's probably a modern size 6 or 8. Very lightweight.
