Blue Prom Dress

I am 5’3 with 4 inch heels on. The top was altered a little bit. The bottom has some markings from dancing that are not very noticeable but other than that there are no stains or rips. The bottom is only a little wrinkled from being in a closet so it would just need to be steamed. Worn once to prom. Very pretty blue. It does have pockets!
