Blue Prom/Pagaent Sexy Back Evening Gown

Purchased from Windsor and only worn once. There is a missing cusp on the neck closure as well as a missing stone on the back rhinestone detail as shown in the last picture. Very elegant and sexy especially with the rhinestone strap along the back. Perfect for prom or any formal event. Fully lined and in good condition.
