Blue Rain | Francesca’s Dress

Blue Rain flowy dress with elastic waistband. Arms have a flutter sleeve type look and the skirt portion is double lined, and not see-through. Purchased from Francesca’s. Would be a great summer event dress or perfect for the 4th of July! Length from shoulder to hem laying flat is about 34”-34.5”. Waist is about 12.5” laying flat, but can stretch due to elastic. Pit to pit laying flat measures about 18”. This dress is in good condition except I just noticed a few spots/discoloration on the back side of the dress - on the sleeve and on the back - photos shown.
