Blue Rain Peplum Top

This faux wrap around top from Blue Rain (Francesca's) has a v-neck with snap, embroidered floral design on the front and elastic at the wrists. The color is black and the embroidery thread is dark silver; the size is Medium. The fabric is 64% modal and 36% polyester. Hand wash in cold water, dry flat. Gently worn, in excellent condition.
