Blue Rain by Francesca’s fuchsia dress with floral pattern. Sleeveless with button at back of neck. Lace detail down middle. Fully lined. Flat lay chest 17” length from waist down is 20”. Elastic at waist which will stretch to about 17”. Size small. Only worn 3 times. Previously owned no visible flaws
