Blue Rair Floral V-neck Dress

Super Cute! Blue Rair floral patterned dress. Size: Small Length varies depending on your height, however the length is with in the knee to thigh area. Personally, I have a wide ribcage, and the torso of the dress was not very flattering on me. Just a little note. I only wore this item 2-3 times, if that. Has no stains or tears. Pretty much true to size. And no tags attached.
