Blue Retro Collared Midi Dress

Gorgeous vintage-styled dress that's just a touch too small for me! I love Eshakti but I think I'm more of a 12 than a 10, sadly. Flat measurements: waist approx. 15", pit-to-pit approx. 17", sleeve opening just under 6", length from waist approx. 31" (I am 5'7" and it hits me mid-calf). Eshakti's size chart has size 10 as 30" waist and 37" bust- see photo. Very cute pleated front, gathered back, buttons all the way down the front, princess seams. Sleeves come down to just above the elbow and are tight-fitting, which is why I provided the arm measurement. Skirt and bodice are fully lined, and it has POCKETS! I believe the fabric is polyester- very smooth but not shiny, high quality! Eshakti clothing is so nice and feels really quality.
