Blue Romper

This romper looks like a cute mini dress all the way around. The blue is so vibrant on it and it has a flattering tie detail to bring in the waist to perfectly. The fabric is chiffon and is double lined so there's no need to worry about your underwear showing through. There is a small white dot on the front skirt (shown in the photos) but is hardly noticable.
