Blue Ruched Dress

style 21664 Cornflower Blue from Morlilee Madeline Garner is an A line chiffon gown with a diagonally ruched v-neck bodice, spaghetti straps, rooshed waistband, and beautifully diagonally ruched back. It even has pockets! this dress is a size 4. bust 34 waist 25.5 hips 37.5. The straps have been tacked to fit me but are easily removable with a seam ripper or a small scissors.
