Blue Ruched Princess Formal Dress 1980s Vintage

I love this dress! It’s just a hair too small in the waist to be comfortable for me, (25in waist) If you are looking for a retro prom dress this one is pretty amazing! It has a classic silhouette without being overly poufy on the sleeves. I wish I had somewhere to wear it! Size 6 (but probably a modern 2/4) Will send measurements of this unique piece on request!
