NWOT/Never Worn: Adorable “cornflower” / cerulean blue flouncy mid-thigh / above-the-knee length dress with ruffle front / collar area and A-line waist by IZ Byer; Size XS, but fits like a women’s XS to small / 2 to 4 or Juniors 1 to 3). Dress is made of a sateen/faux-satin material and is fully-lined. Great for the office! 💼 Item comes from a smoke/pet-free home.
