Blue Ruffled Dress w/ Back Cut Out

This is a great dress for a wedding or casual cocktail reception! 100% rayon. Very light & flowy, so perfect for hot summer outdoor events. Front has asymmetrical ruffles and back has a cut out. Only worn a few times. Runs big (I usually wear a medium or 6/8 dress and this is a good fit for me)
