Blue Sapphire Halo Ring ~.33 ct 14K White Gold with 10 Accent Diamonds Size 5.75 A classic and elegant ring with an approximately .33 ct oval cut blue sapphire stone in a four-prong setting accented by a halo of ten round cut diamonds. It is marked with the numbers "5368 3". This ring came from my Mom's estate and was likely purchased in the early 2000's. It is marked BO. Note: The gems were professionally identified. Sizes were taken by hand and may have a margin of error.
