Blue Sapphire Heart Pendant Necklace

This pendant is a Sterling silver heart with a 14K rose gold accent featuring a heart shaped Kentucky blue sapphire in the middle. It is hanging on an 14K white gold chain necklace with lobster clasp. This necklace is brand new in original jewelry box and gift box with ribbon. I have receipt and certified appraisal as well.
