Blue Sequin Evening Gown

Beautiful evening bright blue sequin evening gown from Papell Boutique Ready for your next event whether it be a themed party or prom! Super fun criss-cross detail at the neckline that connects in the back of the neck like a halter. I can't say that there isn't a single sequin missing but this dress is in great shape - no obvious rips, snags, or tears. Stunning shape and flirty slit! Zipper and snap closure at the neck are in working order but my mannequin is a 2-4 and I would say this dress fits more like a 0-2 (why they are not pictured completely fastened).
