Beautiful, brand new without tags, dark blue peasant top. There are beads along the neckline along with a ruffle.The ruffle goes all the way around. There are blingy sequins all along the front of the tiered top. The top is semi-sheer and the sleeves are form-fitting and long. The material is a silk/polyester blend of 75/25% respectively. The size is a medium, but that may be a junior's, or a misses small. There is a lot of room for play because the material is stretchy. The measurements are about 16.5" armpit to armpit laying flat and unstretched to about up to 18" stretched. The length is about 22 to 23". The hem may be a little assymetrical.
