Blue Skirt 💙💙💙

Dance all night long in this free-flowing skirt. Fabric is super soft and has another blue layer underneath so it's not translucent. It has belt loops as well. It's a deep blue. I am 5'5" and it goes to my knees. Only worn once, just like new!
