This Blue Smocked Girls's Dress in size 7 is a Cutie!! The mid-weight cotton blend is easy care and there's no need for a slip. The dress is done in a powder blue and has a Point Peter Pan Collar. The collar has added detail with a top running stitch. Each side of the collar has a hand-embroidered single pink rose with green leaves. The entire bodice is smocked with a beautiful lattice design done in white embroidery. More hand-stitched single pink roses are placed perfectly near the gathers of the skirt. near the hem of the skirt are more embroidered pink roses that wrap around the skirt. A running top stitch also adorns the bottom of the skirt. A matching tie-back sash makes for the perfect fit. Upper back button closure.
